Hugs every other week!

Why subscribe? For (written) hugs, of-course!

Based on my work as a therapist and a career counsellor, I define a Mind Hug as:

  • The feeling you get when a part of your experience is completely understood and articulated with poetic clarity.

  • The realisation that the most personal aspects of your existence have a universal prevalence. (The legendary psychologist Carl Rogers elucidated this idea beautifully!)

  • The comfort of seeing someone finally talk about [“why isn’t anyone talking about this?!”]

  • An empathic embrace which is vastly more powerful than Sheldon Cooper’s “There there.”.

  • An invigorating practically-significant insight, often resulting in a “I never thought of seeing it that way!”.

I am excited to offer you such hugs in the form of a bi-weekly email written with love.

I learn every day from my clients, peers, and friends. Now, I aim to share with and learn from all of you in our Mind Hug community!

Stay up-to-date!

Every new edition of the newsletter goes directly to your inbox! (And if you are a therapist, I would sometimes share tools that would help you and your clients!)

Join the Community!

With The Mind Hug, we will together build a community which strives to achieve that authentic and real “I-thou” interpersonal connectedness which often eludes us.
